The 13th annual St. Jude Magic Carpet Ride gala took place at The Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta. The event brought together 230 people and raised a record-breaking $630,000 to help further advance the mission of St. Jude: Finding cures. Saving children.
This event, hosted by the Cedar Club of Atlanta Foundation and co-chaired by Mike Hiffa and Dr. Albert Johary, was a festive night celebrating the rich heritage of Danny Thomas, founder of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. St. Jude Magic Carpet Ride showcased live entertainment from Legacy Music, a cocktail reception and seated dinner, and a live and silent auction featuring one-of-a-kind experiences.
St. Jude Magic Carpet Ride was made possible thanks to its generous sponsors, including presenting sponsor The HD Supply Giving Fund. All proceeds from this event benefited St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — so they can focus on helping their child live.
