Delta Air Lines Showcases Six Emerging Artists
During Miami Art Week, the airline partnered with UTA Fine Arts to host an open air gallery and VIP party.

Delta airlines flew into the hot Miami art scene to showcase six up-in-coming artists. The airline – which bills itself as a connector of people to their own potential – worked with the Creative Director of UTA Fine Arts Arthur Lewis to host artist events, starting with an immersive charter flight and concluding with a bespoke open-air gallery event to close out the week.
“Delta is taking flight to the Miami art world, and there is no better way to connect with this city than through our talented artist partners who work in this community and call it home,” said Delta Chief Marketing Officer Alicia Tillman. “It is a privilege to showcase the work of these artists alongside our brand in a dynamic and vibrant environment like Miami and further our efforts to uplift and elevate partners with a unique perspective.”
After an invite-only, art-themed charter departing from JFK carrying members of Delta’s artist collective – with the aircraft turned into an immersive art gallery in the sky and projecting the artwork on the overhead bins – Delta celebrated these artists at an open-air gallery. The works of Miami’s Derek Abella, Elliot & Erick Jiménez, Emmett Moore, Jillian Mayer, Olivia Pedigo were displayed in an open-air venue suspended above the city. At the week’s end, the gallery hosted a VIP party and SocialAtlanta caught the scene, with pictures published here.
