Hope Ball
Benefiting the American Cancer Society and presented by Delta Air Lines, influential leaders from Atlanta’s social, philanthropic, and corporate communities came to the St. Regis to help fund critical cancer research.
The American Cancer Society Hope Ball, presented by Delta Air Lines, took place at The St. Regis in Atlanta. The annual signature gala and one of the metro area’s premiere events, the Hope Ball brings together influential leaders from Atlanta’s social, philanthropic, and corporate communities to help fund critical cancer research and support the Atlanta Hope Lodge, which provides free housing to cancer patients and their caregivers when their best treatment options are far from home.
This year’s Hope Ball chair was Erik Snell, senior vice president, Airport Customer Service, Cargo Operations, Ground Support Equipment and Global Clean at Delta Air Lines. Hope Ball Co-chair was Ken McCue, vice president, Technical Supply Chain and Delta Materials at Delta.
The evening began with an elegant cocktail hour and silent auction complemented by the sounds of the Joe Grandson Quartet and later guests enjoyed an exquisite, multi-course dinner from Executive Chef Jordan Barnett of The St. Regis Atlanta before the exciting live auction.
