For the past eighteen years, the Starfish Ball has become a philanthropic hallmark at the St. Regis, Atlanta. With tickets priced at $3,000 per pair and sponsorship levels ascending to $250,000, is a beacon of support for the nsoro Educational Foundation. Their mission is to transform the lives of youth transitioning out of the foster care system nationwide. Through its comprehensive scholarship program, nsoro not only facilitates access to higher education but also ensures a guided journey toward self-sufficiency for its scholars.
This year, the philanthropic luminaries watched as Chanel H. Frazier, Managing Director, BlackRock was honored by being selected as Queen of Starfish Ball.
“Her journey, characterized by astute decisions and pioneering leadership, symbolizes unwavering inspiration,” says nsoro Monica Pantoja, Executive Director.
Also honored was Keith Byrd, board chairman of TransImpact with Berkley Stafford, TransImpact’s CEO and John Howard, company COO.

He held court at his table, surrounded by his wife Roz Thomas, Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens, former Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, PING executive Steve Bostwick, Slutty Vegan founder Pinky Cole Hayes, Derek Hayes actress Terri Vaughn, President and CEO of AIB Networks Audrey Daniels, SVP of Fan and Associate Experience for the Atlanta Falcons Tameka Rish, among several other influential figures in the city.
