Wellspring Living’s annual Courage Gala raised an impressive $650,000 to support transformative care programs for survivors of human trafficking. The event, held at Flourish Atlanta, attracted 225 passionate supporters who came together, not only to fundraise but also to celebrate the incredible resilience of survivors.

Guests enjoyed a night filled with inspiration, highlighted by a keynote address from community advocate and philanthropist Nicole Morris, who received this year’s Courage Award. Morris is a dedicated mother, NFL wife, and passionate philanthropist focused on uplifting underserved communities and creating opportunities for families and children. Reflecting on her own advocacy work, Morris shared, “This recognition is not mine alone – it belongs to every mother, advocate, and brave soul who refuses to look away. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this beautiful mission to bring light, healing, and hope.”

The event was made possible thanks to the generous contributions of title sponsors Delta Air Lines and UPS. Christian Murphy, CEO of Wellspring Living, praised the community’s support, stating, “Our guests came together with immense generosity, reminding us all of the power of community and compassion. This event was truly a testament to the resilience we see each day in our survivors.”

Atlanta Gas Light Foundation and Southwire made matching gifts during the Fund the Cause initiative, raising an additional $275,000 to support survivors of sexual exploitation.
